1、先將水加熱至60-70℃。

Heat the water to 60-70℃ first.

2、將瀝青加熱到130-140℃。

3、將稱量好的瀝青乳化劑加入加熱好的水中攪拌均勻;

4、將加熱好的瀝青和乳化劑水溶液同時泵入乳化瀝青生產設備進行乳化即可。

Pump the heated bitumen and emulsifier aqueous solution into the colloid mill simultaneously emulsified.

5、每生產一噸乳化瀝青加入6-12公斤乳化劑。（按實物量添加）。
